高等行政法院上週裁定不當黨產處理委員會，九月間凍結國民黨九張面額共四點六八億元台銀本票的行政處分不合法，國民黨可動支款項，但台銀今再以黨產會新行政命令為由，拒絕提領。國民黨副主席郝龍斌表示，完全執政的民進黨正用權力霸凌台灣。
郝龍斌表示，民進黨完全執政後，仗勢著沒有制?的力量，「無法無天、知法玩法」，把「律法」變「綠法」。
郝龍斌說，民進黨政府透過「法綠」的嘴臉，用黨產會霸凌國民黨；用層層警力霸凌昔日支持他們的年輕學子；用一例一休霸凌勞工；用年金改革霸凌軍公教；用查稅施壓霸凌麵包師傅、小市民；今天黨產會主委顧立雄甚至霸凌了司法。
郝龍斌提醒，凡事物極必反，當前民進黨執政的鴨霸無能，已辜負人民信任，很快下次選舉，人民就會收回今天所給予的。
郝龍斌還說，民進黨也許可以「抄國民黨家」，但別妄想要「滅族」。
